It is one thing to be trackable by health apps and my watch - I kind of like the idea that, as an older person with health issues,  that I can be tracked if I go missing.... or get sick.  But the idea. that others can listen into my life based on their will is frightening. - 2 reasons- it makes our data more vulnerable.  - it removes our autonomy in the last frontier of privacy - digital communications.]]></description>
