I think Hedera Hashgraph addresses many of the concerns and solutions discussed in your Deep Dive podcast. As a Distributive Ledger technology it can support independent and decentralized micronets and has the micro payments concept mentioned in Salon #29. Interestingly, although very independent-minded, both Google and LG have been allowed on the board of directors.
