  1. Great podcast. It is one thing to be trackable by health apps and my watch – I kind of like the idea that, as an older person with health issues, that I can be tracked if I go missing…. or get sick. But the idea. that others can listen into my life based on their will is frightening. – 2 reasons- it makes our data more vulnerable. – it removes our autonomy in the last frontier of privacy – digital communications.
